What to bring to the counter
Have these four ready and you will be driving in under ten minutes.
Driver's licence
Valid licence in the main driver's name, held for at least 12 months.
Passport or ID
A passport or national ID card matching the name on the booking.
Credit card
A credit card in the main driver's name for the refundable deposit.
Your voucher
The e-voucher we email you right after booking, printed or on your phone.

From us directly. Car Rental owns and maintains every car in the fleet and runs all 24 stations with its own staff — there is no broker and no third-party supplier in between.
Yes. Basic insurance, airport fees and local taxes are included in every quote. Only optional extras such as a child seat, zero-excess cover or a GPS unit are charged separately, and you choose them yourself.
You can cancel or change any booking free of charge up to 24 hours before pick-up. After that we keep one rental day and refund the rest.
Between €300 and €3,000 depending on the car class. It is blocked on your credit card at pick-up and released within five working days of returning the car undamaged.
One additional driver is free on every booking. Further drivers cost €4 per day and can be added at the counter with their licence.
Add your flight number to the booking and we track it. At airport stations we hold your car for up to three hours after landing at no extra cost.
